Planning Approval Granted for Mixed Use Scheme in Hounslow

This project will see the demolition of the existing disused Nantly House and the construction of a new eight-storey building comprising a ground floor commercial unit and 74 one, two and three-bed apartments for Lampton 360⁰ designed to meet local housing requirements on a site identified in the Hounslow Town Centre Masterplan.

The design, which uses two colours of brick to help break up the mass, grey window frames and pale green frosted glass panelled balconies, has been well received by local residents and there were no objections.

Willmott Dixon, joint venture partner with Lampton 360⁰ have been appointed to do the demolition and construction works and are due to start on site late spring 2017 with completion set for spring 2019.
