Nantly House Features in ‘Hounslow Matters’

Nantly House breaks ground this spring. The housing project in Hounslow, just off Lampton Road, marks the first project to be brought forward as part of an innovative joint venture between the council, its wholly owned trading arm Lampton 360 and Be Living, that will deliver over 1,500 new homes across the borough by 2024.

The apartment building is on a corner site and features a varied palette of bricks applied to a stepped facade with bespoke feature balconies creating a new landmark building in the area. As well as 75 new homes the project will include commercial space at ground floor as well as landscape features enhancing the public realm of the busy intersection.

Featured in the magazine Hounslow Matters Spring 2018 Cllr Katherine Dunne, Cabinet Member for Housing, said: “This is a bold and ambitious approach to improve the level of housing supply, creating much-needed new housing including many more affordable homes which will benefit the local community.”
